Refund Policy
1. Pack purchases — final sale
Once a pack is opened (a card is revealed), the purchase is non-refundable. This is because the underlying card has been assigned and removed from inventory. By clicking "Buy Pack" you acknowledge that opening the pack constitutes final acceptance of the random outcome.
2. Cancellation before opening
If you purchase a pack and contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] before opening it, we will issue a full refund. Cancellation windows close automatically when the pack is opened.
3. Defective or wrong card delivery
If we ship you the wrong card, or the card arrives physically damaged in transit (cracked case, broken seal), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will issue a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
4. Vault withdrawals
Shipping costs for vault withdrawals are non-refundable once the package is in transit.
5. Marketplace sales
Sales between users on the marketplace are final once completed. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via [SUPPORT EMAIL].
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback for an opened pack or completed marketplace sale, your account may be suspended pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the issuing bank and to fraud-prevention services.
7. How to request a refund
