1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Sleeved (the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Sleeved offers digital trading card packs that, when purchased, entitle the buyer to receive a real PSA-graded trading card matched to the tier purchased. Cards may be shipped to the buyer's address, held in our vault, or listed for sale through the Service at the buyer's option.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from Sleeved. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Purchases & payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card information. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Sales tax may apply based on your shipping address.

5. Pack outcomes

The specific card received in any pack is determined at the time of purchase. We make no guarantee about the resale value or future grading of any card. All cards delivered are authenticated and graded by the Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) at the time of grading.

6. Vaulting

Cards held in our vault remain your property. Vaulted cards may be withdrawn (shipped) or listed for sale at any time. Vaulting fees, if any, are described on the Service.

7. Marketplace

Users may list vaulted cards for sale to other users. We charge [MARKETPLACE FEE]% on completed sales. Sellers are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws including tax reporting.

8. Prohibited conduct

9. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and content on the Service are owned by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] or used with permission. Trading card images and likenesses are property of their respective owners and used here for nominative purposes only.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in [JURISDICTION], except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
